THE HOUSE
More than a place to stay.
ZUG is a woodland retreat in Noszvaj, designed around two people. The 80 m² house and its 750 m² private grounds are entirely yours: for slow mornings, long conversations and time without an agenda.
Expansive windows bring the surrounding greenery into the living spaces. A 6.7-metre ceiling, warm timber and clean architectural lines give the house its distinctive character. There is room to unwind in the mezzanine bedroom, the living area and out on the terrace.
Natural materials. Considered choices.
ZUG is a passive house with a CLT, or cross-laminated timber, structure and a modern heat-pump system. Natural materials and energy-conscious design work together for your comfort.
PRIVATE WELLNESS
Relaxation, without sharing.
Your hot tub and sauna are reserved exclusively for you. Both are included in your stay, so there is no need to fit your relaxation around other guests.
A hot tub on the terrace
Sink into the warm water and leave the rush of the day behind. The covered terrace is a peaceful setting for time together.
Your own sauna
Warm timber, soft lighting and time to slow down. The sauna is part of your private wellness space at ZUG.

BREAKFAST FROM ZSENGE
At your door, around eight.
Start the day without having to go out for breakfast. On request, we arrange breakfast from Zsenge and leave it in a basket outside your door at around 8:00 AM.
Please order by 5:00 PM the day before, by phone or email. We will confirm the current selection, price and any dietary requirements when you order.
Breakfast requires advance ordering and confirmation.

Before you arrive.
How many guests can stay?
ZUG accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Babies are welcome by prior arrangement, and a cot is available on request. Please let us know before booking.
Will we have the whole house to ourselves?
Yes. The 80 m² house and 750 m² private grounds are reserved exclusively for the registered guests on your booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Please check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
How do we access the house?
ZUG has code access. We send the arrival and access details after booking, along with instructions for providing the required guest information.
Is there an extra charge for the hot tub and sauna?
No. Use of the private hot tub and sauna is included in the accommodation price. Operating and safety guidance is provided in the guest book.
Are the electric bikes included?
Yes. You can use the house’s two e-bikes at no extra charge during your stay.
Can we have a barbecue?
Yes. There is a Kamado grill on the terrace. Its use and charcoal are included in your stay. Please follow the instructions provided at the house.
Can we order breakfast?
Yes. Please request breakfast from Zsenge by 5:00 PM the day before. We leave it in a basket outside your door at around 8:00 AM. The selection and price are confirmed when you order.
Can we bring pets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Where is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. You may smoke on the terrace, using the ashtray provided.
Can we invite visitors or hold an event?
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay at the property. Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the peaceful surroundings at all times.
Do you provide Wi-Fi and Netflix?
Yes. Wi-Fi and a dedicated ZUG Netflix profile are available. You can also use the Ruark Audio system for music.
Is housekeeping available during longer stays?
Daily housekeeping is available on request. For stays longer than one week, we provide housekeeping and fresh bed linen and towels at least once a week.
Are there stairs at the property?
Steps lead up to the house, and the bedroom is on the mezzanine level. If you are travelling with a baby or have reduced mobility, please contact us before booking to discuss the layout.
